Good to know about Mighty Pass
Where can I buy the Mighty Pass?
The pass can only be purchased in the Leo´s & HopLop online shop. You cannot buy a Mighty Pass at HopLop or Leo's parks.
To purchase a pass, log in or register as a Leo's & HopLop Family member and add the child for whom Pass is being purchased. The Pass you purchase will be available for the duration of the validity period through your Family account.
Where can I find the pass I bought?
When you buy a pass, you register as a member of the Leo's & HopLop Family. The Pass you purchase will be available for the duration of your Family account.
How long will Mighty Pass be on sale?
A limited number of passes are available for sale. The promotional offer will expire on 10.5.2024 at the latest. Only a limited number of passes will be available, in which case they may be sold out and the promotion will expire before 10.5.2024.
Is Pass personal?
Yes, Pass is personal and is marked for a specific child.
On the first visit, a photo of the child will be taken in the park and attached to the passport to ensure identification. Pass is personal and the child must be prepared to show proof of identity on each adventure (a Kela card is sufficient proof).
The QR code on the passport must be displayed via the Family account when entering the adventure. A screenshot of the passport is not sufficient.
Does Pass also include admissions for adults?
Yes, Pass includes admission for two adults.
Can I buy more than one pass at the same time?
You can buy more than one pass but you must buy one Pass at a time, as Pass is always registered for a specific child.
How long is Mighty Pass valid for?
Pass is valid until 24.12.2024. The sooner you buy, the more adventures you can have!
Where is Mighty Pass valid?
Mighty Pass is valid in all Leo's and HopLop parks in Finland. If you wish to use the pass in Leo´s Playgrounds in other countries, please contact Customer Service at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi or info@hoplop.fi
How often can with a Pass be adventured?
With a Pass you can have as many adventures as you like during the period of validity of your pass. It is advisable to book your playtime well in advance. One playtime per day. The pass cannot be used to pay for birthdays, outings or group events.
My child is going to the park with another adult, what should I do?
The Pass includes one free plastic card on request. To obtain a plastic card, a valid Pass must be shown on your Family account at the park cashier. A photocopy of the passport is not sufficient.
The parallel card will allow the child to come and play without having to show the passport separately through the Family Account.
Do I have to book a playtime if I have Mighty Pass?
We recommend making an appointment. Remember to log in to your Family account to use your pass.
How do I use my pass to book time in the park?
Book a playtime in advance via the playtime booking. Once you are logged in to your Family account, your child's Pass will appear as part of the appointment as a payment method.
Arrive at the park and show your reservation at the cashier, as well as your Leo's & HopLop Family account passport. Mighty Pass must be shown directly from your account, a screenshot of your passport is not sufficient.
Other points to note
Leo's and HopLop have the right to cancel Pass, if the user repeatedly behaves in a disruptive manner or does not comply with the park's operating rules, or if Passa is misused.
