What happens before the party?

A party is a party when the preparations are well done! When you book, you get to choose the most important things - the time of the party, a great themed room and delicious catering. Changes and additional information, such as the exact number of guests, allergies and special dietary requirements, can be conveniently added to your booking via your Leo's & HopLop Family account five days before the party. If you need to make changes to your reservation at a later date, or if guests cancel, please contact Customer Service at info@hoplop.fi at least two business days prior to the party. See you soon!

The birthday room of your choice is reserved for you for 1 hour. You can arrive at the park to play before room time and continue your adventures after room time. Mark your arrival time in your booking details and we'll be ready to welcome your party!

We have prepared a variety of invitation templates or you can make your own! It's a good idea to ask your guests about special dietary requirements in advance and let us know. It's a good idea to invite the party people a little before the party starts, so everything goes smoothly.

Birthdays can be customized via your Leo's & HopLop Family account five days before the birthday. What happens on a party day?

Everything will be ready when you arrive: the party room decorated and the table set! If you have also bought an activity, it is waiting for its adventurers.

The birthday hero receives the guests. Very important! Socks on for everyone - including the adults - and then let's party!

We serve coffee for two adults.

Guests should be received well in advance. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the time indicated on the invitations (except weekdays at 10 am and weekends at 9 am). When you arrive at the park, please report to the staff at the cash desk. They will direct you to the waiting area where birthday guests will be received. At the cash desk, you will be given a bag to take with you for gifts.

Birthdays are paid at the cash desk at the beginning of the birthday party when all guests have arrived. It is important to inform the number of participants as accurately as possible. The minimum charge is always 7 people (6 guests + 1 hero) on weekdays and 8 people (7 guests + hero) on weekends.

If you want, you are welcome to play even before the room starts! In this case, children will be directed to the park to play directly from the cash desk. In this case, it is important to introduce the child to the rules of play. When room time starts, children will be announced in the birthday room. Important! Wash hands before entering the room and going to the treat table.

When the one-hour room time starts, a HopLop birthday coach will arrive in the waiting room or announce the children to the birthday room. If a Birthday Treats package has been booked, the party group will move to the room for treats independently. And hey, remember to wash your hands before entering the room!

In the birthday room you will find important birthday and safety rules. A HopLop instructor will explain the most important play and safety rules. If you arrive to play before the start of your room time, the rules will be reviewed upon your arrival. Note! The Birthday Treats package does not include a birthday instructor. The birthday parent will time the instructions to the birthday party using the safety guide located in the birthday room. You can also use the safety video in the hallway!

The supervisor will give you two coffee vouchers for the HopLop restaurant.

If your package includes a party planner, he or she will present the catering and any other items you have ordered and the feasting can begin. The director picks up the iced cake, allowing the hero to blow out the candles and the party guests to sing a congratulatory song! The party is then free to continue their treats and adventures in the park until the end of the room time. At this point, the chaperone will move on, but the staff will be on hand to assist you with any needs you may have.

Note!

  • You are not allowed to bring your own catering to the birthday party, and the catering is always chosen from HopLop's birthday catering selection. It is possible to supplement the ready-made packages with additional catering.
  • For fire safety reasons, no candles are used at Pasila HopLop.

If you have chosen the "Birthday treats with guided programme and ice-cream cake" package, the instructor will start guiding the Agent Academy adventure while you eat ice-cream. Children are divided into teams, each given a puzzle to solve. The teams solve their own puzzle using park clues and return to the birthday party room with the solution. The leader solves the final mystery with the children in the room and as a reward everyone is given 2 tokens. The adventure lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the group. Afterwards, the birthday party is free to continue their adventures in the park. The director's part ends immediately after the adventure and the room is cleaned up at the end of the hour.  

Note! The guided Agent Academy game is performed during the one-hour room time.

When the room time is up, it's time for us to say thank you! If you wish, you can move your treats to the cafeteria or leave them to us. Cleaning of the room starts as soon as the room time is over.

Arrival instructions

  1. Drive to Fredikanterassi 1, 00520 Helsinki
  2. Park on floor P4.
  3. If you are on the second floor, take the lift to floor P4
  4. Find the pink area (the columns) and look for the glass door that says DOWN UNDER.
  5. Enter through the glass doors, turn immediately left. Walk to the end of the corridor and through the door.
  6. You are now on the P4 floor on the top deck. You can access the park either by the lift on the right or by the Hoplop door down the stairs.
  7. Welcome!

Option 1: Follow the yellow DOWN UNDER signs hanging from the ceiling, which will lead you to your destination. Note that not all lifts stop on all floors. Maps in the mall will help you find the lifts and the route.

Option 2: On arrival at Tripla from the train station, there is an information desk on floor 4 where you can ask for advice. 

Option 3: Take the lifts in the shopping centre to floor P4 (parking garage). Follow the yellow DOWN UNDER signs and the signs on the ceiling until you see the HOPLOP signs. Follow the signs to the park. This is a completely FREE option for entering the park.

Option 4: MINITRIPLA is located on the second floor of the shopping centre. From there, a DOWN UNDER signposted route runs along the corridor to the lifts that take you directly to the park (the lifts are timed, and only go to floor P6 when the park is open).

Gift for a hero: your very own Monthly pass!

When you book a birthday party between 16.4.-26.5.2024, you will receive a monthly pass as a gift for your hero. The pass can be collected from the park on the day of the celebration, which is also the start of the month's play time. Pass The pass is linked to the Family account of the reserver.

Yes, Pass is personal and is marked for the birthday hero.

With a Pass you can have as many adventures as you like during the period of validity of your pass. It is advisable to book your playtime well in advance. One playtime per day. The pass cannot be used to pay for birthdays, outings or group events.

Pass is valid in all Leo's and HopLop parks in Finland. If you wish to use the pass in Leo´s Playgrounds in other countries, please contact Customer Service at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi or info@hoplop.fi

Arrive at the park and show your reservation to the cashier, and your pass from your Leo's & HopLop Family account. Pass must be shown directly from your account, a screenshot of your pass is not sufficient. Other children and adults included in the reservation are eligible for a discounted online admission price.
Leo's and HopLop have the right to revoke Pass if the user repeatedly behaves in a disruptive manner or does not comply with the park's rules of operation or if the pass is misused.
