WHAT AGE IS HOPLOP SUITABLE FOR?
HopLop welcomes all children aged 0-15!
CAN YOU BRING A PUSHCHAIR OR PRAM INTO THE PARK?
Of course, prams and pushchairs can be brought inside!
IS THERE A SPECIAL AREA FOR THE SMALL ON HopLop?
Yes, we have a separate toddler area specially designed for our youngest guests.
ARE THERE SEPARATE STORAGE COMPARTMENTS FOR YOUR BELONGINGS?
Yes, the lockers are located near the entrance. The lockers can be accessed with tokens.
CAN ADULTS GET TO HopLop WITHOUT CHILDREN?
Unfortunately not. Adults cannot come to HopLop without children.
SHOULD AN ADULT BE PRESENT IN THE PARK?
Yes, an adult should be present in the park throughout the play time. The adult is responsible for the children involved.
HOW DO YOU WANT TO DRESS FOR HopLop?
HopLop is always an adventure with your socks on. Adults must also wear socks. We recommend long trousers and a long-sleeved shirt.
CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN EVENTS to HopLop?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We have our own restaurant, which offers a wide variety of options when you get hungry.
Playtime
DO I NEED TO BOOK A PLAYTIME IN ADVANCE?
We recommend booking a playtime on our website before your visit. This way you can secure your place and even get a better price. You can also come on site if space is available.
WHEN DOES MY BOOKED PLAYTIME START?
Play time starts when you arrive at the park and check in at the ticket office.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IF I'M NOT GOING TO PLAY MYSELF?
Yes, everyone entering the park must have a ticket.
HOW MUCH DOES THE TICKET COST?
The price varies according to the age of the child, the time of day, the day of the week and the park you choose. For current prices, please check on our booking system.
WHY DO PRICES VARY?
Prices vary depending on what time of day and day of the week you arrive and which playground you want to go to. If your child is between 12 and 23 months old, you pay only 50% of the child's price, and there's always a special price for the last hour every day.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PLAYTIME I HAVE BOOKED?
You can easily change your booked playtime on our website. Under "My Profile" you will find "My Tickets", where you can change the playtime up to one hour before it starts.
CAN I CANCEL A PLAYTIME I HAVE BOOKED?
You cannot cancel a playtime, but you can reschedule it for another day by logging in to the website with the same email address you used to make your reservation. Under 'My Profile' you will find 'My Tickets', and from there you can reschedule up to one hour before the start of the playtime.
HOW LONG IS THE PLAYTIME?
Play time is four hours, and starts when you arrive at the park.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ACCOMPANYING ASSISTANT COST?
Assistants are admitted free of charge on presentation of an assistant card.

Only one email address can be linked to a family account.
Tickets
HOW LONG IS THE TICKET VALID FOR?
4, 6 and 8 times tickets are valid for six months from the date of purchase. The validity of promotional tickets, such as the 5-times ticket, varies according to the campaign.
DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE ADULT ADMISSION?
No, the ticket does not include adult admission. Adult admission must be purchased separately.
IS THE TICKET PERSONAL?
No, the ticket is not personal and does not have to be linked to a specific child.
CAN I USE MY TICKET CARD IN DIFFERENT PARKS?
Yes, a ticket can get you into any HopLop or Leo's park in Finland.
HOW DO I PAY WITH A TICKET CARD WHEN I BOOK A PLAYTIME IN ADVANCE?
Once you have chosen a playtime, select "Pay with gift card/ticket card". Once you have booked a play time, payment is made at the park's cash desk. Be sure to show the QR code associated with the ticket card when you arrive at the park.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY ADMISSIONS ARE LEFT ON MY TICKET?
In Playland, staff can help you check the remaining admissions on your ticket. Alternatively, you can email our customer service team at hello@leoshoplop.fi.
CAN I USE SEVERAL TICKETS FROM MY TICKET CARD DURING ONE VISIT?
Yes, it's OK! We charge one ticket per child, and recommend paying for adult tickets separately.
CAN I LINK MY TICKET TO MY FAMILY ACCOUNT?
If you buy your ticket directly from the online shop, it will be linked to your family account. If you have received a ticket as a gift, you can link it to your family account afterwards.
Passes
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SEASONAL OR ANNUAL PASS?
DO I NEED TO BOOK A PLAYTIME IF I HAVE PASS?
We recommend you book a playtime in advance to make sure you get the time you want. Remember, you must be logged into your family account to use your passport.
IS PASS PERSONAL?
Yes, annual and season passes are personal and linked to one child.
On the first visit, a photo of the child will be taken in the park and attached to the passport to ensure identification. Pass is personal and the child must be prepared to show proof of identity on each adventure (a Kela card is sufficient proof).
The QR code on the passport must be displayed via the Family account when entering the adventure. A screenshot of the passport is not sufficient.
CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE PASS AT A TIME?
Yes, but you have to buy each Pass separately, as the card is personal and linked to one child.
CAN I SUSPEND THE VALIDITY OF MY PASS?
No, you cannot suspend the validity of a season or annual pass.
ARE THERE PASSES FOR 1 YEAR OLDS?
Yes, 1-year-old passes are cheaper and can be purchased for children aged 12-23 months.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY CHILD'S PASS?
The seasonal or annual pass is registered on the family account and you can access the card via a QR code at "Pass/Lipukortti". If you also want a physical card, park staff can help. One physical card per passport product is included in the price.
CAN I GET A PHYSICAL CARD FOR MY PASS?

MY CHILD WILL TURN 2 YEARS OLD BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE 1-YEAR-OLD PASS, WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
The season ticket remains valid for the entire period of validity, even if the child turns 2 years old during that period. It is important to buy Pass before your child reaches 23 months.
Gift vouchers
WHERE CAN I BUY A GIFT VOUCHER?
The gift voucher can be purchased directly from the online shop or from the park. A gift card bought in the park comes with a card, while a gift card bought online comes with a digital card that is sent by email.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE AND EXPIRY DATE OF MY GIFT CARD?
You can check the balance and validity of your gift card at the park. You can also send an enquiry to our customer service team at hello@leoshoplop.fi and we will be happy to help.
IF I PAY WITH A VOUCHER, DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE PLAYTIME ONLINE?
We always recommend you book online in advance to make sure you get in. You can choose to pay with a gift card. Remember to show your gift voucher to the staff at the checkout. You will need to bring your gift voucher with you to the park, even if you book your play time in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FORGET YOUR GIFT VOUCHER AT HOME?
To pay with a gift card, you need a gift card or a QR code for the gift card in the park. If you forget your card at home, you will have to choose another payment method.
Birthday party
HOW DO BIRTHDAYS WORK?
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
Payment is made on the spot on the day of the celebration.
CAN MORE THAN ONE HERO CELEBRATE THEIR BIRTHDAY AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can add additional birthday heroes to your booking. The price of an extra hero is 10 €/child.
You can add an extra birthday hero at the time of booking or make changes later via our website.
CAN I CHANGE MY BIRTHDAY BOOKING?
Yes, you can change your booking five days before the date of the party on our website.
If you need to make changes to your booking later or if you have cancellations, please contact Customer Service at hello@leoshoplop.fi at least two working days before the party. If there are less than three cancellations/ more guests, this can be notified on site on the day of the party.
CAN I CANCEL A BIRTHDAY BOOKING?
You can cancel the party yourself up to 14 days before the date of the party directly from the website.
If you have to cancel after you have had the opportunity to cancel the party yourself, please contact Customer Services at hello@leoshoplop.fi at least two working days before the party. In case of illness closer to the day of the party, please inform Leo's Park directly by email or phone.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS, COOKIES OR CAKE?
The park offers delicious refreshments and colourful decorations. You may not bring your own cake, treats or decorations to HopLop Park.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN COME TO YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY?
The maximum number of participants depends on the park and the chosen venue. For more detailed park and room details, please see the booking form.
If you are expecting more children than the room capacity allows, please contact Customer Service.
HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?
Payment is made on the spot on the day of the celebration.
HOW ARE ALLERGIES AND DIETS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?
Birthday guests can declare allergies and food restrictions in the electronic invitation. You can also declare them at the time of booking five days before the party.
CAN I SEND INVITATIONS?
Yes, you can send electronic invitations at the time of booking. You can also print the paper invitations here.
WHAT IF THERE ARE LATE CANCELLATIONS?
Please contact Customer Service at least two working days before the party or notify changes on the spot if there are fewer than three cancellations.
CAN WE PLAY BEFORE GOING TO THE PARTY ROOM?
On birthdays, the playtime, including 1h room time, is four hours. You can arrive in the park before the room time if you wish and stay in the park after the room time. The arrival time will be communicated at the time of booking.
Groups
HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP BOOKING?
DO I HAVE TO BOOK A GROUP IN ADVANCE?
Yes, to take advantage of our low group rates, bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance.
I WANT TO MAKE A GROUP BOOKING FOR THE NEXT FIVE DAYS - WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact customer services directly to find out if you can be accommodated as a short-notice group in the park.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
Payment is made on arrival at the venue.
DO YOU PAY FOR ADULTS IN A GROUP BOOKING?
Yes, everyone in the group must pay.
WHAT DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER TO ASSOCIATIONS AND PRIVATE GROUPS FOR BOOKINGS?
For associations and private groups, we offer up to 30% discount on weekdays and up to 20% discount on weekends and public holidays. Please note that the discount is calculated on the normal entrance fee.
DO WE GET A DISCOUNT ON FOOD AND SNACKS?
Yes, we offer a discount on food and snacks if you inform us at the time of booking before your stay. When you make your reservation, please indicate whether you wish to eat and the time you would like to eat. For group bookings, everyone in the group must choose the same menu, and food preferences must be communicated to staff on arrival at the park.
If you have a larger group, the park will contact you with your dining requests.
HOW MANY PEOPLE MUST BE IN A GROUP FOR THE ASSOCIATION OR PRIVATE GROUP DISCOUNT TO APPLY?
