HopLop birthday party booking conditions

You can book a birthday party at HopLop indoor playground from the (24h) online service maintained by Leos HopLop OY (business ID: 2006043-0, Silkkitehtaantie 5 G, 01300 Vantaa), or by phone from the customer service.

Registration is required to make a reservation online. When booking a birthday party online, you can order additional services available on the online service.

By booking a HopLop birthday party, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a booking is a HopLop Birthday Party with all services included in the booking for which the booking fee has been paid and a provisional booking is a booking with all services included in the booking for which the booking fee has not been paid. Event means a booked birthday party. Long day means the date of the event and its starting time as defined by the online service.

Prices and booking fee

HopLop birthday parties and additional services provided by HopLop are subject to a fee. The prices for birthday parties and additional services are available as part of the birthday party booking process.

The booking fee is paid at the time of booking and the final payment is made at the organizing park at the beginning of the event. The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the event.

Most of the activities in the indoor play parks are available to customers for the price of a birthday party. Some activities are operated with separately purchased tokens. Please note that there may be a queue for some of our rides or services at popular times.

Provisional booking

The customer has the possibility to make a preliminary reservation by phone. After the telephone booking, the customer has 48 hours to pay the booking fee before the provisional booking is deleted from the online service. An unpaid provisional booking will be automatically cancelled.

Payment service provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Nets and banks. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. In case of complaints, please contact HopLop in the first instance.

Confirmation of the event

The number of persons, catering and other services for the event must be confirmed at least two days before the event. Confirmation can be made via the OmaHopLop online service, by telephone at the customer service desk or directly at any HopLop indoor play park.

Number of children and supervisors

The minimum number of participants is 7 children on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 8 children on weekends (Sat-Sun). The maximum number of participants is determined by the number of party rooms to be booked. 1 supervisor is required for every 10 children. The supervisor is responsible for the safety of the children's play. If there are any changes to the number of participants after the booking has been confirmed, the customer should contact HopLop Customer Service by telephone. Any changes to the number of people on the day of the event will be credited to the admission fee. No refund will be made for any portion of the catering or ancillary services. The minimum charge is from 7 children on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 8 children on weekends (Sat-Sun).

Changing the date of an event

You can change the date of the event yourself via the OmaHopLop online service or HopLop customer service before confirming the booking. After confirmation or closer than 48 hours before the event, it is possible to make a change by calling the customer service. Changes can only be made if the booking situation allows for them.

Changing the date does not require the payment of a new booking fee. It is not possible to change the date of the event to another date on the day of the event.

Cancellation of an event

You can cancel your reservation before the event date by contacting HopLop Customer Service.

In case of cancellation, you will receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months in exchange for the booking fee.

Duration of the event

The event includes unlimited playtime. Unlimited playtime starts on a date specified by the online service. If the customer wishes to arrive at the park earlier than the room reservation time specified by the online service, the customer must indicate the estimated arrival time in the additional booking information before the event date.

Space or room reservation for the event

The event includes either a room or space reservation. The time for booking a room or space is determined by the times set by the online service. The duration of the room or space booking period may vary according to the time of booking chosen by the customer.

Serving time

The catering for the party will be provided at the beginning of the reservation of the room or space. The serving time is 1 hour from the start of the reservation, regardless of the total duration of the reservation.

Security

HopLop strives to ensure that its indoor adventure parks are safe. However, safety is affected by the actions of every visitor, so there are rules of play in the parks that visitors must follow.

HopLop has not convinced visitors

HopLop does not insure visitors to the indoor adventure park with accident insurance. The visitor is responsible for their own accident insurance.

Overwhelming obstacle

HopLop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the services caused by force majeure, nor for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by such delay or failure.

Changes to the terms of service

HopLop has the right to change these terms and conditions if the change is necessary due to legislation or a decision by the authorities.

Customer complaints and dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact HopLop Customer Service.

If the matter cannot be resolved by negotiation, you can take it to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, you should contact the Consumer Advice Centre.

Alternatively, the case can be brought before the district court of your place of residence, your permanent place of residence or the district court of HopLop's registered office. If you do not have a permanent place of residence in Finland, the matter can be brought before the Helsinki District Court.

Good to knowFrom Activity Pass

The pass can only be purchased in the Leo´s Playground online shop. The Toys Pass cannot be purchased at HopLop or Leo's parks.

To purchase a pass, log in or register as a Leo's & HopLop Family member and add the child for whom Pass is being purchased. The Pass you purchase will be available for the duration of the validity period through your Family account.

When you buy a pass, you register as a member of the Leo's & HopLop Family. The Pass you purchase will be available for the duration of your Family account.

A limited number of passes are on sale. The promotional offer will expire on 7.4.2024 at the latest. There is only a limited number of Touhupasses available, in which case they may be sold out and the promotion will expire before 7.4.2024.

Yes, Pass is personal and is marked for a specific child.

Yes, Pass includes admission for two adults.

You can buy more than one pass but you must buy one Pass at a time, as Pass is always registered for a specific child.

Pass is valid until 23.6.2024. The sooner you buy, the more adventures you can have!

The Touhupass is valid in all Leo's and HopLop parks in Finland. If you wish to use the pass in Leo´s Playgrounds in other countries, please contact Customer Service at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi or info@hoplop.fi

With a Pass you can have as many adventures as you like during the period of validity of your pass. It is advisable to book your playtime well in advance. One playtime per day. The pass cannot be used to pay for birthdays, outings or group events.

On the first visit, a photo of the child will be taken in the park and attached to the passport to ensure identification. Pass is personal and the child must be prepared to show proof of identity on each adventure (a Kela card is sufficient proof).
The QR code on the passport must be displayed via the Family account when entering the adventure. A screenshot of the passport is not sufficient.

The Toys in a Bag includes one free plastic parallel card on request. To obtain a plastic card, a valid Pass must be shown on the Family account at the park's cashier. A photocopy of the passport is not sufficient.
The parallel card will allow the child to come and play without having to show the passport separately through the Family Account.

We recommend making an appointment. Remember to log in to your Family account to use your pass.

Book your HopLop playtime in advance via the booking form. Finalise your booking by clicking on the "Use my Activity Pass" button.

Arrive at the park and show your reservation at the cashier, as well as your Toys & Games pass from your Leo's & HopLop Family account. The Activity Pass must be shown directly from your account, a screenshot of the pass is not sufficient. Other children and adults included in the reservation are eligible for a discounted online admission price.

Leo's and HopLop have the right to cancel Pass, if the user repeatedly behaves in a disruptive manner or does not comply with the park's operating rules, or if Passa is misused.

  1. Drive to Fredikanterassi 1, 00520 Helsinki
  2. Park on floor P4.
  3. If you are on the second floor, take the lift to floor P4
  4. Find the pink area (the columns) and look for the glass door that says DOWN UNDER.
  5. Enter through the glass doors, turn immediately left. Walk to the end of the corridor and through the door.
  6. You are now on the P4 floor on the top deck. You can access the park either by the lift on the right or by the Hoplop door down the stairs.
  7. Welcome!

Option 1: Follow the yellow DOWN UNDER signs hanging from the ceiling, which will lead you to your destination. Note that not all lifts stop on all floors. Maps in the mall will help you find the lifts and the route.

Option 2: On arrival at Tripla from the train station, there is an information desk on floor 4 where you can ask for advice. 

Option 3: Take the lifts in the shopping centre to floor P4 (parking garage). Follow the yellow DOWN UNDER signs and the signs on the ceiling until you see the HOPLOP signs. Follow the signs to the park. This is a completely FREE option for entering the park.

Option 4: MINITRIPLA is located on the second floor of the shopping centre. From there, a DOWN UNDER signposted route runs along the corridor to the lifts that take you directly to the park (the lifts are timed, and only go to floor P6 when the park is open).

When you book a birthday party between 16.4.-26.5.2024, you will receive a monthly pass as a gift for your hero. The pass can be collected from the park on the day of the celebration, which is also the start of the month's play time. Pass The pass is linked to the Family account of the reserver.
