HopLop's online shop ordering and delivery terms and conditions
HopLop's online shop is an online service operated by Leos HopLop OY (business ID: 2006043-0, Silkkitehtaantie 5 G, 01300 Vantaa, Finland), where you can buy vouchers and admission products such as serial tickets, as well as any promotional products available at the time, such as passes or promotionally priced serial tickets.
Registration is required to use the online shop. By using the online service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a Ticketed Product means a HopLop admission, promotional or voucher product paid for in the online shop.
Prices, product information and period of validity
The price of a ticket product is the price displayed in the online shop in connection with the product information at the time of ordering, including VAT. Any delivery charges will be added to the price.
Products from the online shop are valid as admission products or means of payment at HopLop indoor adventure parks in Finland, unless otherwise stated on the individual ticket product.
The product information will indicate if the product is also accepted as an admission product or means of payment for Leo´s Leikkimai in Finland.
A Ticket Product purchased from the Online Shop is valid from the date of purchase. The validity period of ticket products varies and the validity of each product can be seen in the product information before purchase.
Ordering and delivery method
Ticket products are ordered in the online shop by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. The contract comes into force once you have placed your order in our online shop system.
After a successful order, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the paid Ticket Products with QR codes. At the reception of the indoor parks, you can display the tickets digitally. If you wish, you can also print the tickets. The purchased Ticket Products are also available to you via your MyHopLop account.
Any delivery charges will be determined in accordance with the current price list and will be available for inspection before payment is made.
If the Ticket Products have not arrived in your inbox within one (1) day of payment, please contact HopLop Customer Service.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Nets and banks. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact HopLop in the first instance.

Right of exchange and return
Unused ticket products will not be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for cash.
The usage data of ticketed products or unused product data will be checked only and only on the basis of the usage data stored in HopLop's information system.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The product to be returned must be unused. Please note that day tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact HopLop Customer Service to arrange a return. To make a return, you must provide your name, phone number and ticket product code, as well as your transaction details for verification purposes.
Overwhelming obstacle
HopLop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the services caused by force majeure, nor for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by such delay or failure. HopLop will endeavour to notify customers of force majeure as soon as possible.
Changes to the terms of delivery
HopLop has the right to change these terms and conditions if the change is necessary due to legislation or a decision by the authorities.
Customer complaints and dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact HopLop Customer Service.
If the matter cannot be resolved by negotiation, you can take it to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, you should contact the Consumer Advice Centre.
Alternatively, the case can be brought before the district court of your place of residence, your permanent place of residence or the district court of HopLop's registered office. If you do not have a permanent place of residence in Finland, the matter can be brought before the Helsinki District Court.
