Terms of Order and Delivery
The HopLop online shop is an online service maintained by HopLop Oy. HopLop entrance tickets and serial tickets (hereafter Serial Ticket) can be purchased from the online shop. Purchasing Serial Tickets requires registration to My HopLop user. By using the online service, the user agrees to comply with the terms given below.
Delivery Method and Time
Serial tickets are sent by e-mail.
Registered customers must provide an e-mail address when making their purchase. The serial ticket will be sent to this e-mail address. Delivery costs depend on the prices valid at the time. Any delivery costs will be shown before the customer proceeds to pay for the order. If the serial ticket order has not arrived by e-mail within two (2) days of the payment, please inform the HopLop customer service by calling +358 10 837 3041 (Mon-Fri 10 am – 7 pm and Sat-Sun 10 am – 5 pm) or any HopLop venue.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the webshop the payment was made to.

The price of serial tickets is the price visible in the online shop next to the product information when placing the order. Possible delivery costs will be added to the prices.
Right of Return
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the orderer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. A returned serial ticket must be unused. If a customer wishes to return a serial ticket, he or she must always first contact the customer service of HopLop Oy by calling +358 10 837 3041 (Mon-Fri 10 am – 7 pm and Sat-Sun 10 am – 5 pm) or any HopLop venue, so that the return can be arranged. In order to return a serial ticket, the customer must provide his or her name, phone number and the code of the serial ticket.
Term of Validity
A serial ticket purchased in the online shop is primarily valid as from the purchase date, but the term of validity varies. Unused tickets are not refunded or exchanged for cash. The unused products on a serial ticket are determined solely on the basis of the usage data stored in the HopLop data system.
HopLop Oy shall not be liable for any delays caused by a force majeure nor any direct or indirect damages or losses caused by a delayed delivery.
Changes to the Terms of Order and Delivery
HopLop Oy reserves the right to change its terms of order and delivery. The payer must always become familiar with the terms of order and delivery valid at the time before placing an order.
