HopLop Play Permit terms and conditions
The granting of new play permits has so far expired until 2023. The existing permits will operate under the conditions set out below.
HopLop's Play Permit is an online service operated by Leos HopLop OY (business ID: 2006043-0, Silkkitehtaantie 5G, 01300 Vantaa). With a Play Permit you can grant independent play rights in HopLop indoor adventure parks to a child aged 8 years or older for whom you are the guardian. To grant a Play Permit, you must register as a My HopLop user, as the Play Permit is registered with My HopLop. By issuing a Play Permit, you agree to be bound by these HopLop Play Permit Terms and Conditions.
How to apply for and obtain a play permit
(Note: Play permits will not be issued for the time being in 2024)

Once the Play Permit has been issued, HopLop will send it to you by email. You will need to share the issued Play Permit with your child in order to use the Play Permit.

Safety and liability for damage
HopLop strives to ensure that its indoor adventure parks are safe. However, safety is affected by the actions of every player, so there are rules of play in the parks that are important to follow. You and your child should familiarise yourself with the rules and make sure that your child knows the rules and can follow them independently. You are responsible for assessing your child's ability to follow the play rules independently, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your child stays in the indoor adventure park and follows the play rules.
You are also responsible for any damage caused to HopLop by a breach of the play rules, including possible vandalism.
HopLop has not convinced the players
HopLop does not insure children with accident insurance. You are responsible for your child's accident insurance.
Overwhelming obstacle
HopLop is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by delayed delivery of the Play Permit.
Changes to the terms of service
HopLop has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Play Permit service if the change is justified by legislation or a decision of an authority.
