Booking conditions for groups
You can book a group event at HopLop indoor play park from the (24h) online service maintained by Leos HopLop OY (business ID: 2006043-0, Silkkitehtaantie 5 G, 01300 Vantaa), or by phone or e-mail from HopLop's customer or sales service.
Registration is required to make a reservation online. When booking a group event online, you can order additional services available on the online service.
By booking a HopLop group event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a booking means a HopLop group event, including all services included in the booking. A 'long day' means the date and start time of the event as determined by the online service.
Prices
There is a charge for HopLop group events and additional services provided by HopLop. Prices for group events and additional services are available as part of the group event booking process and on the group event information page.
Making a reservation is free of charge.
The price of the event is based on the number of persons indicated in the confirmed booking. The group must arrive at the same time.
The admission price for nursery groups is only valid on weekdays for children of nursery age (0-6 years).
Most of the activities in the indoor play parks are available to customers for the price of group admission. Some activities are operated with separately purchased tokens. Please note that there may be a queue for some of our rides or services at popular times.
Making a reservation
Registration is required to make a reservation online. You can also make a reservation by phone or email from HopLop's customer or sales service.
Number of children and supervisors
The minimum number of participants is 10 children. The maximum number of participants is determined by the maximum number of people in the establishment. A minimum of 1 supervisor is required for every 15 children. The supervisor is responsible for the safety of the children's play.
Confirmation of the event
The number of people, catering and other services for the event must be confirmed to HopLop. The timing of the confirmation will vary depending on the services provided at the event. Confirmation is made by telephone or email to HopLop's customer or sales service.
Changing and cancelling an event
Group bookings can be changed or cancelled 48 hours before the event if the group is not catered for. Changes can be made by contacting HopLop's customer or sales service.
Group bookings and events where catering has been ordered can be cancelled free of charge 5 days before the event. After this period, HopLop reserves the right to charge for the costs incurred for the provision of catering, according to the number of customers confirmed.
Changes may affect pricing
Paying for the event
The fee for a group event is paid in one payment at the organizing park at the beginning of the event. Other payment methods, such as invoicing or the use of a voucher, are possible if agreed with HopLop before the event.
If you wish to pay for the event by invoice, you must provide the invoicing details to HopLop Sales or Customer Service when you make your booking. HopLop reserves the right to refuse the use of invoice payment as the payment method for the event.
If you wish to pay for the event with a commitment, you must make a reservation through sales or customer service and be able to provide the necessary information when the group arrives to play. HopLop reserves the right to refuse the use of a voucher as a method of payment for the event.
Duration of the event
The event includes limited playtime, unless otherwise agreed with HopLop. The playtime starts on the date and time specified by the online service, which is the start time of the event.
Space or room reservation for the event
If the event includes a room or space reservation, the reservation time of the room or space will be determined by the times set by the online service.
Serving time
Catering for the event will be provided according to the reservation.
Security
HopLop strives to ensure that its indoor adventure parks are safe. However, safety is affected by the actions of every visitor, so there are rules of play in the parks that visitors must follow.
HopLop has not convinced visitors
HopLop does not insure visitors to the indoor adventure park with accident insurance. The visitor is responsible for their own accident insurance.
Overwhelming obstacle
HopLop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the services caused by force majeure, nor for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by such delay or failure.
